Waikoloa Condo – Kitchen and Two Baths Update

This kitchen remodel included brand-new cabinets, beautiful countertops, updated appliances, and new fan/lights. A major layout enhancement converted the diagonal sink setup to a practical squared-off counter, boosting usability—the original flooring stayed, so leftover tiles were smartly repurposed to fill the gap created by the change.

The guest bathroom was fully refreshed with all-new fixtures, vanities, lighting, and finishes for a fresh, inviting atmosphere. The master bath saw a significant upgrade: the tub was removed and replaced with a modern walk-in shower, complemented by a complete refresh of the vanity, fixtures, tiles, and other elements.

In both bathrooms, the existing flooring remained, so extra care was taken to match the new footprint with the old, ensuring seamless transitions with no visible disruptions.

The end result is a brighter, more efficient, and perfectly updated home tailored to everyday living. Thrilled with the outcome!

Extreme Backyard Play Set (Waimea)

A true family collaboration between ZCI and the homeowners—sparked by their imaginative kids! What began as a modest mini treehouse exploded into an epic adventure hub featuring a challenging climbing wall, a thrilling rope bridge, and an exhilarating zip line that has the whole neighborhood buzzing!

Waimea Kitchen Remodel

Breathing new life into an 80s-era kitchen, ZCI removed the dividing wall to craft a seamless open-concept layout. This smart redesign not only maximizes natural light and flow but also carves out generous space for dining—turning a cramped, dated space into a welcoming heart of the home.

Whole House Remodel (Waimea)

Built in 1958, Single Wall Construction

Removed all carpet, tile and wainscoting; refinished wood floors; installed new tile floors in bathrooms and kitchen
Gutted bathroom but refurbished original built-in makeup vanity; replaced regular shower/tub unit with clawfoot tub
Gutted kitchen but refurbished original vintage cabinets; replaced some of the cabinet doors, duplicating original style; refurbished original lazy susan pantry
Moved two walls and two door ways
Converted small bedroom into master bath with doorless/curbless shower
Converted half bath to master walk-in closet
Refinished wood floors
Replaced all electrical and plumbing

Four windows were located on the second floor so a man life was used for easier and safer installation
